Job Title:

Senior Regional Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team as Senior Regional Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and overall management of our service area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, managerial, and team-working skills, with strong communication and organisational abilities.

This role requires working closely with our Sector Manager and Management Team to achieve high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and management of the service area
  • Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to promote the ethos and vision of our organisation
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in the Health/Social Care Sector or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience in the Health Sector
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week based on a 7-day duty roster, with contracted hours liable to change between 8am-8pm over seven days

Mainly working Monday to Friday basis, with an on-call commitment and expectation to interface with external agencies and attend meetings outside of normal working hours
