Role Overview
  • To acquire, clean, and manipulate large datasets to extract actionable insights
  • To understand business problems and translate them into analytical problems
  • To develop and implement machine learning models, including Large Language Models to solve various business problems
  • To identify hidden relationships among data sources and identify new potential business opportunities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building solutions leveraging advanced machine learning and statistical algorithms. They will simplify and present analytical insights to stakeholders with both analytical and non-analytical backgrounds. Additionally, they will develop lightweight front-ends for Proof of Concepts using ReactJS.

Key Responsibilities
  • To manage project plans and timelines to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
  • To build data products in collaboration with other areas such as ML Engineering, Visualization, Data Engineering, and IT
Requirements
  • Masters degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of machine learning projects
  • Expertise in statistical modeling techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression, generalized linear models, SVM, ensemble models (Random Forest, XGBoost), cluster analysis, PCA

Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and natural language processing techniques is vital. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with ML libraries and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is required. Strong programming experience with SQL and libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels is also essential.
