About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Expert to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for optimizing the manufacturing process for balloon forming. This includes designing and implementing new processes, procuring and qualifying new tooling and fixtures, and supporting sustainable operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of thermoplastic polymers and balloon forming processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
