At a time when logistics and transport solutions are in high demand, we are seeking a Key Accounts Executive to join our team in New Ross. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with a positive attitude, able to problem-solve and work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic. The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building relationships and supporting day-to-day operations. They will also use our CRM and transport management systems, support the sales team in handling enquiries and presenting new business opportunities, and liaise successfully with other departments in the company.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A quick learner with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- A confident communicator comfortable and enthusiastic about engaging with customers on the phone
- Competent at using basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
