About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team based in County Tipperary. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience at HR Manager level and a strong background in high-volume recruitment, employee relations, and utilizing HRIS systems.

The HR Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and other company stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving capability, and adaptability. A CIPD qualification or HR degree is preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
