About the PositionThe Quality Auditor role involves carrying out inspection and auditing duties within the company as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
The Quality Auditor is accountable for In-Process, Incoming Inspection, and Outgoing Inspections to which they have been assigned for that period.
Key Responsibilities- Inspecting products and associated documentation to applicable standards, specifications, and procedures.
- Documenting inspection results including communication of non-conformances.
- Releasing products for customer shipments including creating certificate of conformance and compiling required documentation for the customer.
- Filing and archiving records as defined by operating procedures.
- Supporting Production Team Leaders in ensuring that priorities are completed.
- Support Improvement Team activities e.g., LEAN, 5S activities.
- Assisting other Quality Auditors as needed by the business.
- Assisting Operators and Test Technicians as needed by the business.
- Working experience from electronics manufacturing industries and relevant inspection standards e.g., IPC-A-610.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and operating procedures.
- Good Communication skills.
- Positive, flexible approach, able to prioritise workload and see tasks through to completion.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with proven ability to manage time effectively.
