Job Description

The AI Project Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-driven initiatives aimed at supporting our operational efficiency, ensuring good governance and good practices, and enhancing our service offering and optimising food distribution.

The role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to oversee the development, testing, and deployment of AI tools that will enable us to better analyse data, match food donations with charity needs, and optimise supply and demand planning.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Project Management is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in AI project management, including leading AI development projects from conception to deployment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI solutions.
  • Project Management Skills: Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
