Buying a new property can be an exciting time, and you will be on hand to guide clients throughout the process, providing high-quality, tailored and informative advice, making it as stress-free as possible.

The Job Responsibilities:
  • As a Mortgage Advisor, you will help clients finance the purchase of properties and switch existing mortgages.
  • You will work within a team of advisors in a fast-paced environment, managing client portfolios, providing advice to new clients, and supporting them throughout the mortgage completion process.
  • You will ensure accurate data entry at all times and provide full administration support in all aspects of new business and client reviews.
  • You will assess clients' financial circumstances, credit history, and affordability to find the best solution.
  • You will manage related paperwork, such as tracking bank statements and lender applications.
  • You will liaise and negotiate with banks to find the best loan for clients' situations.
What we are looking for:
  • At least 2+ years of experience in providing mortgage advice.
  • Working knowledge of the mortgage process, including packaging and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A good work ethic and a confident approach to daily duties.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage and market leading products.
  • To be target driven with an excellent track record.
