The Transportation Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and services within our company's fleet, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating vehicle allocation and scheduling to meet business needs\
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with external vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation services\
  • Managing accurate records of transportation movements, including routes, schedules, and deliveries\
  • Providing exceptional customer service to drivers, internal stakeholders, and external customers\
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs\
  • Collaborating with the safety team to develop and implement driver training programs\
