Global Mobility Tax Consultant Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tax professional to join our team. As a Global Mobility Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting the tax manager with international assignments and ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the tax manager with coordination and running of international assignments.
  • Ensure payroll process for assignees runs smoothly.
  • Support ad hoc compensation and benefits projects from a mobility perspective.
  • Coordinate with international payroll teams globally on assignee compensation, shadow payroll, year-end compliance, and PAYE exclusion orders.
  • Assess potential Employment Tax, Corporation Tax, and VAT issues in various global jurisdictions.
  • Have responsibility for day-to-day operations of the Mobility program.
Requirements:
  • Newly qualified chartered tax advisor or part qualified.
  • Accounting qualification beneficial.
  • Large or Small practice trained.
  • Global mobility and tax experience.
