About Evergreen Care

Evergreen Care offers a fresh perspective in nursing home care, providing long- and short-term residential care and services to individuals in need. Our primary focus is on older person care, but we also cater to other people who require residential support.

We currently operate nine Nursing Homes nationwide, each centered on creating a kind, caring, and happy community for every resident. Our goal is to provide an environment that promotes individuality, privacy, dignity, independence, and choice.

The Role

  • To provide administrative support to the Nurse Manager and Nursing team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
  • To complete paperwork and financial documents as requested by the Nurse Manager, maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies.
  • To assist the Nurse Manager in managing the Time Management System (TMS) and updating staff files, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • To develop good communication channels with stakeholders, including residents, relatives, and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum one year's experience in an Administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
