Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and committed individual to work in the Agricultural industry. This role will report to the Branch Manager and assist in all duties required to safely and effectively carry out daily branch operations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver top class customer service at all times
  • Provide quality, fast, efficient and friendly service to customers
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and provide excellent service and advice
  • Gain an understanding of our product range and services
  • Branch Operations
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained store environment at all times
  • Work effectively in the shop and store yard as required
Requirements
  • A keen interest in the Agri sector
  • A proactive personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently
  • Strong multitasking ability and consistently deliver high-quality work in a busy environment
Desired Skills
  • Experience or training in administrative support, including record-keeping, order processing, and inventory management
  • Solid IT skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), comfortable with digital systems for stock and sales management, and capable of quick adaptation to new software platforms
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the capacity to prioritise effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role
  • Customer service or retail experience
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Background or qualification in agriculture or farming is an advantage
