Job Title: Lead Java Developer

 

Overview

This is a senior-level role for an experienced Java professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems using the Spring Boot framework and other related technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain large-scale software systems using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in Agile development processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies relevant to the project and adapt them accordingly.

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
