Senior Contract Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams and coordinate resources to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of projects.
  • Lead programs, including weekly/monthly performance reports, resource coordination, and operational target achievement.
  • Conduct client and supply chain meetings, monitor KPIs across contracts, and support procurement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Construction, Building Surveying, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing maintenance contracts in housing, education, commercial, or public sector environments.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
