Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Specialist to join our finance team.

About the Role:
  • Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Monitor cash flow and liaise with suppliers and customers.
  • Prepare reconciliations, assist with month-end procedures, and support journal postings.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and management accounts.
Requirements:
  • Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Excellent communication abilities for vendor, customer, and internal team liaison.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
