We are seeking an exceptional leader to guide our organisation's vision, culture and performance.
The role requires strategic thinking, effective governance, financial stewardship and programme delivery in line with European and national priorities.
Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of our strategic statement, collaborating with the board to refine and deliver vision, mission and strategic goals, representing us nationally and internationally at government, European commission and sectoral meetings, ensuring effective delivery of Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps, PeacePLUS and other initiatives, promoting inclusive access to programmes particularly for underrepresented groups, maintaining and enhancing governance in line with national and EU codes, overseeing risk management, compliance and accountability across the organisation, leading the senior management team fostering a high-performing, inclusive and learning-oriented culture, championing staff development wellbeing and innovation, building and sustaining strategic relationships with government departments European bodies and civil society organisations, advocating for the value and impact of international learning mobility and youth engagement, and overseeing budgeting financial planning and compliance with funding and governance standards.
