About the Job

We provide training, inbound leads, and full support to help you succeed. You bring the drive and determination to excel in a 100% remote work environment with uncapped commissions and monthly performance-based bonuses.

  • No cold calling.
  • No door-to-door sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and be able to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision. They must also be able to obtain a state life insurance license (training provided).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prospect and engage with potential clients to identify their needs and recommend insurance and financial products.
  2. Conduct virtual consultations and deliver value-driven presentations.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and support.
  4. Use CRM tools to track client interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
  5. Participate in team trainings and performance development meetings.
Qualifications
  • Background in sales, business development, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
  • Goal-oriented with a self-driven and professional work ethic.
  • Able to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
