The OASIS Group is seeking a Psychology Services Manager to lead our interdisciplinary team in Dublin South. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the delivery of psychological services to children and families within the region.

Leadership Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a team of psychologists and other professionals, ensuring the effective delivery of psychological services to children and families. Your expertise in psychology and leadership will be crucial in developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the needs of children and their families.

To succeed in this role, you will have a recognized university degree or diploma in psychology, a postgraduate professional qualification in clinical or educational psychology, and significant experience in leadership and management. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of psychologists and other professionals
  • Oversight of the delivery of psychological services to children and families
  • Development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the needs of children and their families
Requirements
