About the Role

  • To manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, working closely with the restaurant manager and team leaders.

  • To deputise for the restaurant manager in their absence, taking charge of the restaurant and making decisions as needed.
  • To ensure training records are up-to-date and that all staff attend and adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • To promote a safe working environment, leading by example and encouraging teamwork.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
  • Previous experience of managing stock, cash, and till reconciliations.
