Compassionate Care Assistant

We are seeking experienced care professionals to join our centre in Co Meath. Our care team members work closely with partners to deliver safe, compassionate, and professionally informed care to vulnerable children, young people, and adults.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate empathy and respect for the individuals we support.
- Hold a valid full clean manual driving license.
- Be flexible regarding working hours and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Communicate effectively in written and spoken English and meet eligibility criteria for working in Ireland.
- A minimum Level 5 qualification in a relevant field such as Healthcare, Social Care, or Disability Studies.
- Relevant qualifications include Psychology, Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Youth and Community Work, and Teaching.
- A comprehensive onboarding process including thorough training.
- Regular professional supervision and an established on-call system.

- The option to work full-time or part-time.
