CPL seeks a Capital Projects Coordinator to manage and deliver successful outcomes on diverse portfolios of capital improvement projects and operational projects.

The role involves planning and managing Opex and selected Capex projects aimed at enhancing infrastructure, operational efficiency, and passenger experience.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Project Budgeting: Develop and manage engineering project budgets working closely with finance colleagues for accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Project Scheduling: Coordinate project schedules and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Data Management: Establish and maintain a centralised digital data room to store and manage key engineering documentation such as drawings, surveys, reports, and project records.
  • Compliance and Governance: Adhering to public procurement guidelines, ensuring compliance and competitive procedures are followed.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Engineering Background: A recognized qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related field to bachelor's degree level.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of aviation and airport environment would be an advantage.
  • Project Management Skills: Must have experience of project management.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled user of engineering software, project management tools (AutoCAD etc), MS Office, and BIM System.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and communication and organizational skills.
