Club Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Leisure Club Attendant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

• Act as the first point of contact for all members, responding promptly to queries in person, via phone or email
• Ensure the smooth operation of the club during opening hours by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Collaborate with the Club Manager to promote the club's services and develop strategies to increase membership sales
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Process membership enquiries and facilitate sales transactions with customers

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Possession of lifeguarding certification and First Aid qualifications
• National Certification in Exercise and Fitness (NCEF) qualification or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a desire to progress in your career
