Building High-Performance Systems Architect

You'll play a key role in shaping the architecture and future of our backend services in a 24/7, always-on environment.
- Build and maintain robust APIs and backend services processing millions of real-time transactions daily.
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready code with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Own the software development lifecycle-from concept and design to deployment and long-term support.
- Troubleshoot production issues in real-time, participate in on-call rotations, and drive root-cause resolution.
- Continuously improve systems with a strong focus on operational excellence, automation, and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product managers, and QA to ensure alignment with technical and business goals.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to maintaining a high-quality engineering culture.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development, ideally using object-oriented languages such as .NET or C#.
- Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments like AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining automated tests including unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- A passion for building high-performance systems with large-scale, real-time data flows.
