This role is part of the Governance, Risk and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of security knowledge and experience in managing information security risk.
The responsibilities include managing evidence for audits, collaborating with teams and external auditors to ensure compliance, coordinating audit activities, managing and responding to security questionnaires and assessments.
- Develop and implement IT & Security policies, standards and controls.
- Measure and report security metrics, respond to cyber insurance questionnaires and participate in control attestation.
- Design mitigation strategies and manage security questionnaire responses.
- Coordinate with teams to gather documentation and serve as main contact for security audits.
- Conduct security risk assessments and create corrective action plans.
- Improve audit and compliance processes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- 5+ years in information security with focus on audit management.
- Experience with security questionnaires, client audits and compliance frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
- Proficiency with GRC tools and strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; certifications like CISA, CRISC and CISSP preferred.
Mid-Senior level, Full-time, Finance and Sales industry.
