Job Opportunity: Bespoke Cabinet Maker

Bespoke Furniture Production

We are seeking a skilled and experienced cabinet maker to join our team. As a leading manufacturer of bespoke solid wood furniture, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products to clients across the globe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assembling cabinets to meet production requirements;
  • Maintaining good housekeeping in their work area;
  • Working with factory operatives and training them in safe work practices;
  • Maintaining quality standards on products being manufactured;
  • Inspecting work to ensure it meets quality standards;
  • Collaborating with the production manager to achieve production requirements;
  • Operating machinery as required;

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Ability to read workshop drawings;
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required;

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE EXPERIENCE WITH SPRAY GUNS AND SIMILAR EQUIPMENT, UNDERSTANDING OF VARIOUS FINISHES, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, FAMILIARITY WITH CUSTOM OR HIGH-END FURNITURE FINISHING, AND ABILITY TO FOLLOW HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES.
