Sustainability Lead
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sustainability Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's energy management strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- D drive organisational sustainability initiatives across multiple sites.
- Conduct regular energy audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement Behavioural Change Programmes to promote sustainable practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and support Green Teams.
- Provide technical guidance on energy-efficient design and decarbonisation strategies.
- Promote environmental awareness and compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Support capital works project planning and delivery.
- Proven track record in leading sustainability initiatives within healthcare or large-scale organisations.
- Experience in energy management, behavioural change, and/or capital works project planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and external contractors.
