We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our projects on a fixed-term contract.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property developments and be able to manage complex stakeholder relationships and sign-off project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Procure additional team members and ensure compliance with EU Public Procurement requirements.
  • Supervise the design and procurement process through to project completion.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-graduate construction/project management experience.
  • Qualification at Level 8 in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.
  • Proven experience in project management with a demonstrable record of taking projects through from inception to completion.
  • Full-class B driver's license and access to own vehicle.
