As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers, meeting sales and retention targets, and executing policy amendments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer experience through timely and efficient issue resolution.
- Meet or exceed sales and retention targets by leveraging your communication and organisational skills.
- Effectively execute policy amendments, ensuring all aspects of service provision meet customer expectations.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and referrals, driving business growth and expansion.
- Handle a high volume of calls efficiently, achieving call answering objectives and delivering a positive experience for customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve overall targets and contribute to the success of the team.
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification and/or relevant third-level qualification.
- Customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Proactive and energetic approach with a positive outlook
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
