Carechoice seeks an experienced and skilled Nurse Manager to join our team as a Regional Governance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing how services in our residential homes are delivered to our residents and contributing to overall organisational priorities.
You will work closely with the Director of Governance to ensure that our services meet the highest standards and organisational priorities. This involves providing strategic clinical input and ensuring effective advice to the Director of Governance.
The successful candidate will have relevant third-level and/or professional qualifications, preferably in healthcare management, and an in-depth knowledge of HIQA National Standards and Regulations.
- Support the Director of Governance in ensuring that effective Clinical Governance, quality and resident safety procedures are in place.
- Provide support to the Director of Governance from a Clinical governance perspective in the growth of Carechoice whether that is in relation to acquisitions or new builds.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organisational policies and procedures for clinical areas in conjunction with senior colleagues.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all legislation and standards pertaining to the industry.
