The successful candidate will be responsible for leading site acquisition efforts, identifying potential landlords, and managing lease agreements from initial contact to contract signing.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: Conduct thorough searches for suitable antenna locations and identify potential landlords.">
  • New Acquisition: Establish relationships with potential landlords, negotiate lease agreements, and facilitate contract signings.">
  • Negotiations: Utilize effective negotiation tactics to secure favorable lease terms.">
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of site information in our custom software system.">
  • SITE VISITS: Conduct site visits as needed to inspect potential or acquired sites.">

">Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German (at least level C1).">Basic English language skills.">Able to communicate effectively in a solution-oriented manner.">Exceptional attention to detail and efficient time management skills.">High self-motivation and ability to work independently.">Strong negotiation skills.">">
