Key Responsibilities

The successful Network Backup and Recovery Specialist will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing Dell Net Worker, Data Domain, and Azure Backup environments.

You will work closely with customers to ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements and perform upgrades, migrations, and automation of backup systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dell Net Worker, Data Domain, and Azure Backup (or similar enterprise-scale backup solutions). They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional who can work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage, monitor, and optimize Dell Net Worker, Data Domain, and Azure Backup environments.
  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve backup failures, performance issues, and storage challenges.
