Transformative AI Expert

We are seeking an accomplished transformative AI expert to spearhead the development and delivery of innovative AI solutions, fostering groundbreaking advancements in Generative AI.

This visionary role offers a unique opportunity to shape a newly formed team with the resources and support to explore fresh, creative approaches. By collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will drive the creation of smarter, more efficient, and personalized solutions that set new industry standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Product Performance Optimization: Perform product performance baselining, articulate OKRs, and establish product goals in relation to current performance.
  • Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customer needs in defining innovative digital solutions and product vision that drive business value.
  • Research Analysis: Conduct research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys; analyze this information (A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis) to inform product development.
  • Prioritization Management: Drive prioritization of product features for future releases of one or multiple delivery teams based on commercial, user, and strategic priorities; maintain documentation (e.g., feature lists, user stories, roadmaps).
  • Market Insights: Provide insights and drive quantitative and qualitative analysis on emerging trends in technology, products, markets, and competitors to inform direction and roadmap.
  • Feasibility Evaluation: Act as a champion for the MVP approach, focusing on feasible, viable, and desirable solutions.
  • Business Alignment: Balance multiple priorities including business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, test, and deliver innovative solutions; lead the development of business cases, operating plans, and proposals for new initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Experience launching data-driven digital products or feature releases and articulating product vision aligned with strategic goals.
  • Track record conducting field/user research to validate goals and behaviors; use data to inform feature prioritization in line with user needs, and commercial/strategic priorities.
  • Good understanding of LEAN and design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience analyzing market and industry trends and conducting competitor analysis; proficiency with analytics tools and methods.
  • Experience supporting or leading sprint planning, developing epics and user stories, and managing product backlog.
  • Collaborative, with experience working with cross-functional product teams; familiar with agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment with strong time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated with independent initiative and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey thought leadership and influence senior executives.
