  • Participate in the recruitment process, discuss staffing needs with line managers, screen applications, and conduct interviews.
  • Assist in career development issues and outline career paths options with line managers.
  • Conduct routine salary administration tasks, providing advice to managers on the wages and salaries of employees.
  • Participate in regional/global project teams to ensure the Ireland HR perspective is not overlooked.
  • Evaluate and align country policies, processes, and employee compensation & benefits to keep them aligned with internal and external trends and business needs.

Your Ideal Background:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A Level 8 bachelor's degree or above or equivalent experience, a HR related major is preferred.
  • Demonstratable experience working in a fast-paced working environment with 3-5 year relevant years of experience in HR Business Partnering in a similar role and working environment.
  • Experience working in manufacturing organization desirable.
  • Knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices.
  • Has served as an HR business partner or generalist for organizations with differing business models and complexity, and has demonstrated an ability to provide employee relations, union/labor relations, works council, and mergers and acquisition support to managers and employees.
  • Has held roles in other HR disciplines (HR Operations/Comp & Benefits/Talent Management) which provided both vertical and horizontal exposure and experience.
  • Experience working in global or international organizations.
