Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will be responsible for managing the receipt and storage of parts, as well as providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a main dealer environment, with experience in all aspects of the Parts Advisor role. This includes receiving and checking incoming parts, serving technicians, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also be responsible for processing requisitions, issuing parts, and advising customers on appropriateness of parts requested. Additionally, you will examine returned parts for defects and exchange or refund where authorized.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and checking incoming parts and supplies
  • Serving a large team of workshop technicians
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer orders and part locations
  • Examining returned parts for defects and exchanging or refunding where authorized
