We are seeking a highly skilled Bread Artisan to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for baking to work in a professional and dynamic environment.

As an experienced scratch baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of high-quality breads, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods from scratch.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining product consistency and freshness.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation, following all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, checking deliveries, and ensuring all ingredients and supplies are well-stocked.

Requirements include:

  • Demonstrable experience in scratch baking, with the ability to produce a variety of baked goods to a high standard.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
