Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Endoscopy
">About the Role:
Our client is a well-established private Cork city hospital, which as a result of continuous expansion has a requirement for a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 to join their team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the multidisciplinary team to lead staff in implementing and providing high-quality patient care coordination and driving the management of activity and resources within the clinical area.
">Requirements:- Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse on the live register with The NMBI
- Management qualification/educational preparation to degree level desirable
- Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years post graduate acute care nursing experience essential
- Flexibility and demonstrable experience in meeting challenges of coordinating and delivering Endoscopy/Gastroenterology Services
- Proven leadership and change management skills
- Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
- Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
- Vision of development of service
- Eligibility:
- Eligible to work in Ireland
