Youth Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. As a dynamic organisation, we are committed to providing quality youth and family services through an integrated multi-disciplinary approach in Kildare and West Wicklow.

• Deliver one-to-one psychosocial support through our online platform for young people aged 11-25 years old.
• Provide text-based, instant messaging, video, telephone, and group work support depending on the presenting issues of the individual young person.
• Develop positive working relationships with children, their families, and communities.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Care, Social Work, Youth Work, Psychotherapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with young people, children, or families in a therapeutic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a part-time position based in Kildare. The successful candidate will be employed by In Sync Youth & Family Services on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
