Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will apply advanced scientific knowledge to translate technologies into treatments that make a difference.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate the delivery of best-in-class medicines globally.

As a Scientific Expertise Leader in Analytical Research and Development, you will play a vital role in supporting drug development by applying various analytical methodologies to characterize drug substances (including raw materials and intermediates).

Key Tasks
  • Conduct laboratory work to support analytical testing of pharmaceutical projects using chromatography, KF, spectroscopy or mass spectrometry techniques.
  • Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Test and release raw materials and intermediates to support pharmaceutical development efforts.
  • Document experimental results to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Support 24/7 In-process control for plant operations to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with project team members for tasks such as data presentation and critical review, as well as preparation of technical reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus a minimum of 2 years' experience in a GMP lab environment, academic, or industrial research setting.
  • Able to meet project milestones under general supervision.
  • Experience in problem-solving skills and instrument troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills, especially adherence to laboratory notebook practices.
  • Proficient in a wide range of software and information systems.
