Job Description:

  • Ensure prompt and regular submission of sub-contract payment applications, including all variations and/or change orders.
  • Maintain and coordinate commercial reports for successful contract management.
  • Prepare forecasting and reporting of costs against value.
  • Ensure accuracy of commercial data and record-keeping at site level.
  • Manage subcontract accounts.
  • Identify, raise, and price variations/change orders.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
  • Detailed understanding of CVR principles.
  • Negotiation and dispute settlement experience.
  • Understanding of financial and commercial issues in interior fit-out projects.
  • Right to work in the UK.
