About the Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned auditor to collaborate with our audit specialists in developing a deep understanding of the business and its associated risks. This involves co-developing high-quality audit approaches, incorporating advanced analytics, assessing IT fundamentals, and leveraging artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering High-Quality Audits: Support the delivery of audits that meet exceptional quality standards, on time, and with significant impact. Leverage data analytics and AI, and assess IT fundamentals throughout the audit process.
  • Reporting: Contribute to drafting impactful issue summaries that provide valuable insights.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.
  • Fostering a Learning Culture: Take an active role in your professional development, applying a growth mindset to enhance business, technical, new world, and human skills.
  • Enhancing New World Skills: Actively develop new world skills, recognizing their importance in delivering optimal audit outcomes and future-proofing your skillsets.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably within Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Good understanding of IT audit methodologies and techniques, relevant internal control frameworks, and awareness of applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Good knowledge of technology risks and controls, including emerging technologies.
  • Experience working in complex, fast-moving, and international organizations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
