Job Description

Medforce Recruitment is seeking a dedicated professional to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support children and adolescents with disabilities, helping them manage emotional, behavioural, and psychological challenges.

This rewarding role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, family-centered care. You will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist CBT assessments and interventions for children with a range of developmental, emotional, and behavioural needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based care plans.
  • Collaborate closely with families and caregivers, offering guidance and psychoeducation to support children's mental health.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, person-centered services.
  • Participate in service development initiatives and contribute to quality improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in line with professional standards.
Requirements:

You must have a recognized qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience, ideally working with children or in disability services, is required.

You must also be accredited with a recognized professional body.
