About the Job

We're seeking a skilled corporate tax professional to join our Dublin-based team, responsible for providing tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse range of business clients. As a Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent client service, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth of the business.

You'll be part of a dynamic work environment with a great team atmosphere and a healthy work-life balance. You'll benefit from learning from experienced Tax Heads and their extensive knowledge across various tax disciplines. This knowledge-sharing culture will give you opportunities to broaden your skill set, develop professionally, and progress within the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and mentoring junior team members.
  • Assisting Directors/Partners in client work and mentorship.
  • Delivering corporate tax provisioning, compliance, and advisory services to clients.
  • Maintaining regular contact with client teams and ensuring company procedures are followed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Significant corporate tax experience gained within a practice environment.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of current legislation.
  • Experience in mentoring people and clients.
  • Able to develop business development skills to support the growth of the business.

Professional qualifications and education:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CA) and/or tax advisor (CTA).
