Job Description

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the project by maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout.


  • Oversee all aspects of site engineering activities, including setting out, surveying, and quality control.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets project specifications and deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to site staff, including junior engineers and operatives.
  • Monitor and enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Liaise closely with the project management team to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and progress reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or another related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Site Engineer, with Main contractor experience being preferable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full driving license.
