">The successful candidate will provide assessment, intervention and evaluation of treatment programmes across self- care, leisure and productive occupations for children and adults with diverse needs. The role involves working with individuals to promote purposeful engagement in activities that support their independence and well-being.
">Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of service users and complete assessments to identify their needs and develop individualised treatment plans">
- Engage in interdisciplinary working with the clinical team to meet the person-centred needs of service users">
- Complete environmental assessments to ensure accessibility and safety for individuals with sensory and physical support requirements">
- Conduct reviews of postural support needs and complete seating assessments as required">
- Promote purposeful engagement in self-care, leisure and productive pursuits for all age profiles">
- Facilitate evidenced-based group therapy programmes and provide detailed reports for internal/external stakeholders">
- Support service users' transition back into their home environment after hospitalisation and provide recommendations for continued support">
Requirements:
">The ideal candidate will possess a degree or masters in occupational therapy from a recognised institution, be registered with CORU, and have experience working with individuals with diverse needs. Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
