Job Title: Deputy Social Care Manager
The role of the Deputy Manager is to support the Manager in ensuring that the care given meets with company policies and procedures, as well as national regulations. The individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to young people living in the residential service.
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A Bachelor or MA/MSc in any of the following fields: Social Care; Applied Social Studies in Social Care; Social Work, Social Care Management or related Social Care Qualification.
- Full, clean, manual driver's license (valid in Ireland).
- Knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.
- Eligible to work in Ireland.
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in ensuring that the care given meets with company policies and procedures, as well as national regulations.
- Deliver high-quality care to young people living in the residential service.
- Manage staff who deliver care to young people.
- Ensure the environment is homely, clean, safe, and appropriate for the young people's ages and stages of development.
