Director of Wellbeing

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Wellness Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all wellness activities and treatments within the hotel facilities, ensuring that guests and customers receive exceptional customer service, treatments and care which enhances their experience.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

• Managing and supervising a team of therapists and staff members to ensure they are trained to industry standards and providing exceptional customer service.
• Developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing the financial and budgeting aspects of the spa and therapy business, including managing expenses and generating reports.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and experiences to customers.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the spa and hotel remain competitive and innovative.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Spa Manager/Director or in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications such as Spa Management or Wellness Management.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff and other stakeholders.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
