Job Overview

We seek an experienced Hedge Fund Accounting Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients.



About the Role
  • Manage and supervise a team of accounting professionals to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client work.
  • Develop and implement effective workflow processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their reporting requirements and deadlines, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers, and auditors to ensure successful business outcomes.


Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in hedge fund accounting, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with a focus on hedge funds.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, drive results-oriented performance, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Degree qualified and ideally possess an accounting qualification.
