We are looking for a skilled Building Services Technician to join our team in Dublin 7. As an Electrical Technician at Sodexo, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our clients.


Your key responsibilities will include performing maintenance and reactive tasks on various electrical building services equipment, conducting scheduled maintenance on electrical systems and fixtures, and overseeing Life Safety Systems (LSS) and collaborating with associated vendors.



  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and fixtures.
  • Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Collaborate with external contractors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical building services and plant maintenance.
  • Level 6 NQAI Certificate in Electrical Craft Practice (or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
