About the Role

ABM Aviation UK Ltd t.a Blackjack Promotions is seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Speaker to join our team as a Luxury Brand Ambassador. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Mandarin speaking passengers and promoting luxury products in our Duty Free Store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth brand and product knowledge to customers
  • Achieve daily sales targets by delivering excellent customer service
  • Act as a brand ambassador, sampling products and communicating their features and benefits
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues and clients
