We are seeking an experienced pensions professional to join our expert team in delivering outstanding service to high-profile clients.


About the Role
This position offers responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a difference. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of premier clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues on the client service team.
  • Assist the client service team manager in running and developing the team.
  • Participate in ad hoc project work.
Requirements
  • DB Pensions Administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Effective communication skills and proven track record of providing high-level customer service.
  • Ability to work within a team environment as a team player.
  • High level of accuracy/attention to detail.
  • High level of problem-solving capability.
  • Keen interest in further developing a career in pension scheme administration.
  • Good knowledge of relevant underlying pensions legislation and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry-related qualifications (QFA, RPA, IIPM).
